Since 1962, the high-banked clay at the Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds has been the Northland's Friday-night home — from the Superior Speedway era to today's Gondik Law Speedway.

Six WISSOTA classes battle weekly — Late Models, Modifieds, Super Stocks, Midwest Mods, Pure Stocks and Hornets — with marquee stops from High Limit Racing, the Challenge Series, and the season-ending Northern Nationals.
